2. Data we collect

In the waitlist forms, we collect information you provide, such as name, WhatsApp, optional email, city, neighborhoods or areas, activities, goals, preferences and, for teachers, professional practice, education, and portfolio information.

We may also record the visit source, including UTM parameters, landing page, and referring website.

At this stage, we do not request Brazilian tax IDs, documents, banking information, or detailed medical information.

3. How we use data

Your data will not be sold to third parties.

• Contact you about Fôlego's launch, updates, and availability in your area through the channels you selected.
• Analyze demand by area, activity, and profile to plan the launch.

4. Legal basis

• Waitlist form data is processed based on your consent for launch communications and demand analysis.
• Visit source and Microsoft Clarity data are processed based on your consent and collected only after you accept the cookie notice.

5. Retention period

We retain waitlist data while it is needed for launch communications and demand analysis, for no more than 24 months after collection, unless you request deletion or withdraw consent earlier. We then delete or anonymize it.

6. Your rights

Under Brazil's LGPD (Article 18), you may exercise the rights below free of charge.

To exercise these rights, email privacidade@folego.fit. You may also file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

• Confirm processing and access your data.
• Correct incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data.
• Request anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data.
• Request portability or deletion of consent-based data.
• Learn who receives your data and the consequences of withholding consent.
• Withdraw consent at any time.

7. Consent

Submitting the forms requires your express consent to receive Fôlego communications. The consent text version and acceptance date are stored with your registration.

8. Cookies and browser storage

We use local storage to remember your consent choice and, only after acceptance, record the visit source during navigation.

On your first visit, you can accept or decline using the footer notice. Declining does not affect use of the website.

You can review your choice by clearing the website's browser data. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.

9. Usage analytics (Microsoft Clarity)

Only after consent, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand website usage through heatmaps and navigation recordings, with form content masked. Clarity may collect device, browser, and visited-page information.

Microsoft processes this data, which may involve international transfers. See https://privacy.microsoft.com/pt-br/privacystatement. If you decline consent, Clarity is not loaded.
